[UNDERSTANDING FROM THE HADITH]
1) Nabidh is when dates etc. are put into a container with water and it becomes so that a syrup (nectar) or juice (extract, molasses) is made. The Sharia has prohibited from doing this since after a few days there is a possibility of this drink becoming an intoxicant. If there isn’t a chance of it having an intoxicating effect then it is allowed to make Nabidh in other containers apart from the ones mentioned in the hadith.
2) Also see hadith no.248
3) If the Nabidh is intoxicating then it is haram according to the previous hadith no.20 “Every drink which intoxicates is haram.”
4) For further details and fiqh benefits see the previous hadith no.20
5) Apart from making Nabidh, it is allowed to use the above mentioned utensils / containers.
